Shipping Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
One shipping service, free on every order, and no small print about minimum spend. This page sets out where Africalandmarks delivers, how long it takes and what to do when a parcel misbehaves.
Where we deliver
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time, so we cannot deliver to addresses outside the United States.
The service and what it costs
There is a single option: free standard shipping, on every order, with no minimum order value. Expedited and express services are not offered. Because the shipping is free, nothing is added to your basket for it — the total shown at checkout is the total you pay, being the price of the goods plus any applicable sales tax. There are no hidden charges.
How long it takes
Two periods matter, and they are consecutive:
- Processing: 0-1 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT begin processing on the next business day. Weekends and major U.S. holidays are not business days.
- Transit: 2-3 business days once the parcel has been dispatched. Transit times can vary with your location and with carrier conditions such as weather or peak-season volume.
Tracking
When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number, and you can follow the parcel from that point onward. The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a tracking page that shows nothing on the first day is normal. There is also a tracking page on this site where you can enter the number directly.
Delivery address and limits
Parcels go to the shipping address entered at checkout, so it is worth checking it before you confirm — an address cannot be changed once the parcel is with the carrier. Free shipping covers delivery only: it does not include installation, assembly, in-home delivery or the removal of packaging.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel is running well beyond the estimated window, or the tracking shows it as delivered when it is not with you, contact us with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and follow it through on your behalf. It is worth checking with neighbours and around the property first — carriers frequently leave parcels in a safe place.
Damaged parcels
If the outer box arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before unpacking. Damage in transit must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photos; the Refund & Returns Policy sets out exactly what we need.
