Fifty fir wood stakes, each 36 x 0.75 x 0.75 in with a pointed end that pushes into worked soil without a pilot hole. Enough to stake a row of tomatoes, run a temporary fence, mark out a path and still have some left for next spring.
Quantity: 50 pieces
Size: 36 x 0.75 x 0.75 in each
Timber: fir, cut with a pointed tip for easy insertion
Plain square stock takes paint, string, wire or a written label equally well, so the same bundle handles the vegetable beds, the landscaping project and the corner of the plot nobody has decided about yet.
Store the bundle off the ground and under cover between seasons so the timber stays dry.
