A small round tray turned from solid walnut, with a low gloss finish that brings out the grain instead of hiding it under lacquer. At 5.1 inches it is the size that corrals the few things that always end up loose on a surface — a cup and a spoon, a candle, a set of keys.
Timber: black walnut with a natural, warm brown tone
Diameter: 5.1 in
Finish: gentle gloss that draws out the natural texture
Uses: serving tray, tea tray, vanity tray, ottoman tray, snack or dessert plate, small charcuterie board
The neutral woodsy colour hides marks well and stays classic in a living room, on a kitchen counter or beside a bed.
Wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately — do not soak the wood or put it in a dishwasher. An occasional coat of food-safe oil keeps the grain from drying out.
